2. Service Description

Priciant is an AI-powered proposal and quote generation platform. We provide tools to create, send, track, and manage business proposals.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
One person or entity per account

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
You can cancel your subscription at any time
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
Prices may change with 30 days advance notice

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated proposals are suggestions and should be reviewed before sending
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you send to clients
We do not guarantee the legal validity of AI-generated terms or pricing
You own all proposals you create using our platform

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal purposes
Send fraudulent or misleading proposals
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Share your account with unauthorized users
Exceed fair usage limits on AI generation

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all proposals you create
We retain ownership of the platform, templates, and technology
Our templates may be used in your proposals but not redistributed separately

8. Limitation of Liability

Priciant is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost revenue from proposals.

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
